Miraculous moment: Mother gives birth in the vast expanse of the ocean.

The Joy Aurora family will never forget the moment when their baby girl was born at 5:18 am on July 30th aboard the Italian Navy ship, Bettica.

Aurora’s mother gave birth to her daughter shortly after being rescued from a dinghy in the Mediterranean Sea along with 870 other migrants.

Both of Aurora’s parents are from Congo. After giving birth, both the mother and baby received proper medісаɩ care. A doctor from the Italian Red Cross and a nurse were present in a timely manner.

According to the crew members, this is the third case of a migrant giving birth aboard the Bettica. Previously, on June 27th, a migrant named Francois Manuel also gave birth on the ship, followed by another person named Manuela on July 5th.

Currently, the mother is гeѕtіпɡ on the ship. Once both the mother and child are in good health, the crew members will take the family to Augusta, Sicily for transit.

The Italian Coast ɡᴜагd has rescued over 4,000 migrants in one weekend.

Approximately 3,400 people were crowded on 28 dinghies attempting to cross the Mediterranean Sea.

Since 2015, Italy has detected 94,000 migrants attempting to cross the sea.
