Mike, a member of Fire Station 14 located in Sacramento, California, came across a helpless puppy that was tied up and abandoned in the rain. Without hesitation, he rescued the puppy and took her under his protection. After giving her a good cleaning, Mike took her to the Front Street Animal Shelter to receive proper medical care and attention.
