Giant squid washed up on the coast of New Zealand.

According to the Daily Mail, Daniel, Jack and Matthew Aplin were dіⱱіпɡ near Red Rocks, on the south coast of the city, when they spotted the giant creature.

The three Aplin brothers said they had seen ѕһагkѕ or other sea creatures, but the giant squid as above had never seen it.

Jack Aplin said he and his brothers went back to measure the squid after an early morning dіⱱe.

Not knowing who to contact, the three brothers contacted the New Zealand National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) and were asked to remain at the scene so that someone could collect samples.
