This piglet was born in June 2016 in Sichuan Province, China, and has two eyes, a nose, a mouth, and three ears. Unlike the cats introduced in number 1, they can eat food from both mouths.

When the owner, Mr. Chong, showed off the little pig, he was offered to buy it for about 300,000 yen, but he declined because his son wanted to keep it.
It seems that such pigs are not so rare in China. In August 2015, a two-headed piglet was found abandoned outside a Buddhist temple in Tianjin.
A piglet with the same symptoms was also born in Chongqing in June 2015. However, the child died on the third day after birth.
