According to the content shared on ѕoсіаɩ medіа recently, the mother heartlessly left the newborn baby, still red and with the uncut umbilical cord, in a black plastic bag by the roadside before walking away. In the video, a woman wearing a pink coat and gloves carefully opens the black bag containing the newborn. The baby, without any clothes covering its body, is gently removed from the bag.
